Estranged Husband

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He stated he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her within the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.

We were able to supply our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
